Yours gets rebuilt every Sunday night from whatever your check-in says, before you even think to ask.

Two coaches read
every check-in.
Here's how online works. Lynley programs your training, I build your nutrition, and every week we both sit down with your check-in and adjust before Monday. You're never running on last month's plan.
- 01Your program lives in the Body Craft app, written before week one starts
- 02I set your macros and meal structure myself, then move them as your data moves
- 03Weekly check-ins with photos, measurements, and whatever went sideways that week
- 04You can message either of us between check-ins, and we actually answer
The whole gym is
yours for the hour.
I train people one at a time at the studio on Ellicott Center Drive. There's no class to keep up with and no gym floor to feel watched on. Just your program and me checking every rep of it.
- 01It's just us in the room for the whole hour
- 02I write your program before your first session, not while you warm up
- 03Every few weeks it advances based on what you can actually lift, not what the spreadsheet hoped

Food is where most
people stall out.
Food is my whole job. If your training's already covered, I'll build the eating side around it and move it every week when your check-in comes in. Most people don't need a new program, they need someone watching the food.
- 01Your targets come from your check-in data, not a calculator on someone's blog
- 02I read every check-in myself and adjust the same week
- 03Take it on its own, or bundled with Lynley's training

I'm Harper. I run Body Craft.
Every week I sit down with your check-in and rebuild your plan from what I actually see in it. If something stopped working, it gets changed that week, not at some quarterly review you had to ask for.
I also train people in person at our little studio in Ellicott City. One at a time, on purpose.
And I work with a lot of trans and nonbinary folks building a masculine physique without testosterone or steroids. I'm nonbinary myself, so you can skip the explaining part. Everyone's welcome here.

Real clients, in their own words.
“I'd tried everything before this. What actually worked was having someone adjust the plan every week. Not just when I asked.”
“The nutrition side changed everything. I was training hard. I just had no idea what I was actually eating.”
“Weekly check-ins keep me honest. Harper catches things I'd rationalize away on my own.”

Ten bucks beats guessing.
These are the systems I build for paying clients, minus me checking your homework. Download one, follow it, see what happens.
