01 What does BodyCraft actually do?
BodyCraft is nutrition coaching and in-person training from Harper Bumgardner in Ellicott City, MD. For online coaching, BodyCraft pairs with Lynley's Training: Lynley handles fitness programming, Harper handles nutrition. In person, Harper handles both.
02 What's the difference between online and in-person?
Online coaching is a partnership: Lynley's Training handles fitness, Harper handles nutrition, one application gets you both. In-person is Harper only, at the studio in Ellicott City: private training sessions and nutrition coaching in the same place.
03 I already have a trainer. Can I just do nutrition?
Yes. Nutrition-only coaching is available if your training is covered. Apply via the link above: same process, nutrition side only.
04 How do I apply?
Fill out the Health History Questionnaire on Lynley's site. Takes five minutes. We review it and contact you within 24-48 hours.
05 Do you work with trans and nonbinary clients?
Yes, and it's something I specialize in. Trans and nonbinary clients building a masculine physique: without testosterone, without steroids. Your goals are your goals. No opinions.
06 How often does the plan actually change?
Every week. You check in, both coaches look at the data, the plan adjusts before Monday. Not bi-weekly. Not when you ask.
