Here's how online works. I program your training, I build your nutrition, and every week I sit down with your check-in and adjust both before Monday. You're never running on last month's plan, and you can follow the whole thing from your own gym.

Food is my whole job. If your training's already covered, I'll build the eating side around it and move it every week when your check-in comes in. Most people don't need a new program, they need someone watching the food.

I'm Harper. I run Body Craft.

I'm a NASM-certified trainer and nutrition coach, and I coach online. Every week I sit down with your check-in and rebuild your plan from what I actually see in it. If something stopped working, it gets changed that week, not at some quarterly review you had to ask for.

Everything runs through the app and weekly check-ins, so you can follow your plan from your own gym, anywhere.

And I work with a lot of trans and nonbinary folks building a masculine physique without testosterone or steroids. I'm nonbinary myself, so you can skip the explaining part. Everyone's welcome here.
