Welcome! I’m Harper, a dedicated personal trainer and certified nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My journey in fitness and nutrition is deeply personal and rooted in my own transformation. I’m currently working towards my registered dietitian license and will earn my bachelor’s degree in nutrition by the spring of 2025.My passion lies in empowering LGBTQ+ individuals to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Having attained a masculine-presenting physique has been a crucial part of my own journey toward self-love and acceptance.
